1. General Information All our merchandise is custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is produced once an order is placed, making it unique. Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
2. Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free reprint or a full refund. To qualify for this, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery. When submitting a claim, provide:
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
- If multiple items are affected, a photo or video showing all items together.
3. Minor Print Variations Please note that for direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are considered acceptable and are not classified as defects.
4. Refunds Approved refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method. Please allow up to the time specified by your bank or payment provider for the refund to reflect in your account. Refund processing times may vary based on your bank’s policies.
5. Unsuccessful Deliveries In case of an unsuccessful delivery (e.g., due to an incorrect address), you can choose to have the order reprinted at an additional charge or receive a partial refund.
6. How to Submit a Claim If you received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@kruiz.co with your order number and any necessary details, including photos of the issue for faster processing.
7. Exceptions We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:
- The wrong size or color was ordered by the customer.
- The customer changed their mind after the order was placed.
- Minor print variations as described above.
