This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the fifty (50) United States.
1. DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on December 22, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Void where prohibited by law. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Kruiz, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, are not eligible to participate.
3. HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter:
- (i) Online Entry Form: During the Sweepstakes Period, scan the QR code on a participating billboard or visit [https://kruiz.co/kruiz-1000-giveaway-nov-2025/] and fully complete the online entry form with your name, email address, phone number, and your “dream pet-friendly destination.”
- (ii) Social Media Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, (a) follow the official Kruiz, Inc. account on Instagram or TikTok (@letskruiz]) AND (b) locate the official Sweepstakes post and add one (1) comment describing your “dream pet-friendly destination.”
- (iii) Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without completing the online form or social media actions, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, and mail it with proper postage to: Kruiz, Inc. $1,000 Giveaway, 3301 Michelson Dr APT 2425, Irvine, CA 92612-4309. All write-in entries must be postmarked by December 22, 2025, and received by December 26, 2025.
Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one entry will void all of that Entrant’s entries.
4. DRAWING/ODDS: On or about December 12, 2025, one (1) potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of $1,000 USD, to be awarded at Sponsor’s discretion in the form of a check or via an ACH direct deposit. Sponsor encourages the winner to use the prize for a pet-friendly trip.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $1,000.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS & TAXES: Prize is non-transferable. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The winner will be required to provide their Social Security number or taxpayer ID for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner.
7. NOTIFICATIONS/CLAIMS: The potential winner will be notified by email, or direct message through Instagram or TikTok on or about December 27, 2025. The potential winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours or the prize may be forfeited.
The potential winner will be required to sign and return (except where prohibited) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and a W-9 tax form (the “Paperwork”) within five (5) days of notification. If the potential winner fails to respond within 48 hours, fails to return the Paperwork, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM RELEASE: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram), or TikTok. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or TikTok.
9. CONDITIONS & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
10. PUBLICITY: Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the prize winner’s name, likeness, and “dream pet-friendly destination” submission for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants in accordance with its Privacy Notice, available at https://kruiz.co/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Notice.
