What does the founding rate cost?
Two ways to lock it: $150/mo plus $25 per cert, or $1,200/yr — that's $100/mo — plus $25 per cert, saving you $600 a year. USDA fees and shipping pass through at cost, no markup.
What happens on the founding call?
A quick 15 minutes with Brad to confirm your clinic's a fit, walk the founding terms, and lock your spot. No pressure — and no commitment until you say yes.
Will my founding rate ever change?
Your founding rates are locked while you're a founding partner. If anything ever changes, we give you 30 days' written notice first — so you're never surprised, and you choose whether to continue.
What does "white-glove" actually cover?
As much or as little as you want. By default we intake the documents, catch discrepancies before they cause a rejection, and act as your designated VEHCS Preparer — so your team's job shrinks to a final review and signature. Want it fully hands-off? Opt in per case and we'll also pay the USDA endorsement fee and handle FedEx/UPS shipping on wet-ink certs. Always your call.
Who's liable for the certificate?
We carry the heavy lifting — the research, the data auditing, the VEHCS staging — and catch errors before they ever reach your desk. The one piece that stays yours is the final medical endorsement, because by law only the accredited signing vet can give it (true on any platform, even doing it solo). The difference: you're signing off on work we've already audited and back with a 60-day accuracy guarantee — so you carry less exposure, not more.
