Prohibited Participants: Affiliates with websites or content related to illegal activities, adult content, or inappropriate material are ineligible.
3. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn 10% of the revenue from trips booked through their unique referral link.
- Payment Timeline: Commissions are paid 60 days after the referred trip has been confirmed and completed.
- Minimum Payout: Payments will be made once your commission balance reaches a minimum of $50.
- Tracking Referrals: Your unique referral link will track users who sign up, download the Kruiz app, and book a trip. Commissions will only be paid for trips that are both confirmed and completed.
- Cancellations: If a referred trip is canceled or not completed, the associated commission will be voided. No payments will be made for canceled or incomplete bookings.

- Payout Frequency: Payments are made once your commission balance meets the $50 minimum.
- Payout Period: Commissions are paid out 60 days after the referred trip is confirmed and completed. For example, if a trip is completed in August, the payout will occur on or after October 1.
- Payment Method: You can choose between PayPal or direct bank transfer as your payout method. Please provide accurate payment information to avoid any delays in receiving your earnings.

- Branding & Intellectual Property: Affiliates may use Kruiz branding, logos, and marketing assets, but must adhere to the guidelines provided by Kruiz. Affiliates are prohibited from altering, misusing, or representing Kruiz’s intellectual property inappropriately.
- Prohibited Conduct: Affiliates must not engage in misleading promotions, false advertising, unauthorized coupons, or deceptive tactics such as deep linking to unauthorized pages. Violating these terms may lead to termination from the program.
6. Search Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates participating in search engine marketing must follow Kruiz’s keyword usage policies. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Kruiz trademarks or misspellings and must clearly disclose their relationship with Kruiz in any paid search campaigns.
